Résumé

Au sein de l’expérience subjective du corps et de l’expérience du corps familial, la maladie somatique grave et l’adolescence ont en commun de confronter le sujet au roc du réel du corps. Ces événements, et conséquemment le travail psychique potentiel lié à ces événements intervenant dans le réel, entraînent de profondes transformations.

Un travail de l’hypocondrie est à interroger, ici dans le lien au travail de la maladie somatique grave et au travail adolescens. C’est précisément la psychothérapie de Lukas, un préadolescent dont la mère était atteinte d’un cancer du sein, qui nous a introduits à ce questionnement.

Abstract

With the subjective experience of the body and the family body, the serious somatic disease and the adolescence, yhe subject has to confront the bedrock of the real of the body. These events, and consequently the potential psychic work related to these events intervening in the real, involve profound transformations. A work of hypochondria link to the work of serious somatic disease and adolescent labor is our hypothesis. It is precisely the psychotherapy of Lukas, a pre-adolescent whose mother was suffering from breast cancer, who introduced us to this questioning.
